Samsung TV owners looking for a similar experience typically use Smart IPTV instead — a different, Tizen-native app built specifically for Samsung and LG TVs — or connect an external streaming device that runs IPTV Smarters directly.
Why the direct app isn't available
Samsung's Tizen platform has its own app store and development requirements, separate from Android. Some IPTV player developers, including IPTV Smarters, haven't published a native Tizen version, which is why the app you'd find on a phone or Android box often isn't listed on a Samsung TV's own store.
Two practical workarounds
